How it works

Let’s have a casual conversation about why you started, where you want to go, and how I can help get you there. This conversation aims to assess your creative needs. We’ll set expectations and play a little Q&A. If we’re a good fit and want to move forward, I’ll send you a custom proposal to address your unique strategy, digital, and print needs, along with a contract and project deposit invoice.
Once everything is squared away, we’ll kick off our project together on the agreed-upon date.
NOTE: I often book projects 2-3 months in advance. Please keep this in mind before we get going.

With every project, we begin with strategy. I’ll guide you through a strategy workshop to gain clarity in your mission, competition, target audience, goals, and all that jazz. This workshop tends to last 60-90 minutes and will ensure we move forward intentionally and in lockstep.
I'll develop a strategy brief (PDF) that sums up our work and will serve as a launchpad for what’s to come.

With the strategy brief as our guiding light, I'll develop creative solutions that check all our boxes.
After, we’ll come together (usually via video call), and I’ll present each piece of the project and share its inspiration and intention. After our call, I’ll email you the presentation to review at your leisure, alongside a feedback form for you to complete.

Take your time to review the initial presentation and submit your feedback form thoughtfully. Now, we’ll move through *rounds of review and refinement. I’ll fine-tune anything that needs tweaking so that it’s juuuust right.
* Two rounds of revisions are included in the standard project timeline.

Everything is approved and just as it should be — woot! woot!
I’ll share all creative assets with you, transfer ownership, and send relevant resources your way. At this time, we’ll schedule a final video call to wrap up and celebrate your latest and greatest!
