Intro Call

I’ll reach out schedule a 30-minute Zoom call to chat about why you started, where you want to go, and how I can help get you there. This conversation aims to assess your creative needs and find whether we’re a good fit.

Proposal

After, I’ll create a custom proposal tailored to your unique needs. For some projects, the proposal includes a complete package, and for others, I’ll present you with a la carte services. Select your desired service(s) and hit accept.

Warm Welcome

You’ll receive my contract and a project deposit invoice to officially book your project. Once everything is squared away, you’ll receive a welcome guide and questionnaire, and we’ll go ahead and schedule our project kick-off call.

I often book projects 2-3 months in advance, so please keep that in mind when reaching out for a project.
That said, I know time is extra precious, so to help us hit the ground running, I may ask you to complete a project questionnaire and other exercises before our agreed-upon project start date.
Our timeline is entirely dependent on the scope of work for your specific needs. Below are a few typical timelines for popular services:
- For a branding project, the investment of time is about 3-4 weeks.
- For a web design project, a typical timeline ranges between 6-8 weeks depending on the platform and scope of work.
- For digital and print design projects, the investment of time varies widely. Recent projects have ranged from 2-4 weeks.

Your project deposit secures your date(s) and will be applied to your total investment. I’m happy to work with you to create a monthly payment plan that everyone is comfortable with.
